Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the CosmoNest mobile app provided by JC Studio.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, purchasing, or using CosmoNest, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are below the legal age to accept them, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Do not use the app if you do not agree.
2. Service
CosmoNest presents cinematic approaches, interactive orbital observation, atmospheric interpretations, and original ambience. Observation imagery may be bundled snapshots from different dates and instruments. False color, artistic colorization, interpolation, compositing, and procedural motion are identified in the app's Data & Credits information. Features may differ by device performance, graphics support, platform, and app version.
3. Free access, purchases, and prices
- Sun observation is the free experience. Free use may include interstitial advertising at natural transitions.
- Each other planet is sold as a separate, permanent, non-consumable unlock. There is no all-planets purchase. Buying one planet does not include current or future planets unless the store description explicitly says otherwise.
- The app displays the localized price returned by the app store. Any fallback price is informational only; the final amount, currency, tax, availability, and payment terms shown by the store control.
- Purchases are tied to the store account and platform used. Use Restore Purchases with the same account where supported. Cross-platform transfers are not promised unless stated in the app.
- Billing, cancellation, charge disputes, and refunds are handled under the relevant store's rules and applicable law. A permanent unlock is not a subscription.
Never send JC Studio a password or full payment-card number. For purchase support, provide only the store order ID and app details requested on the Support page.
4. Advertising
Ads may not be available in every region or session. Ad loading failure must not block the free Sun observation. Ad personalization and consent are controlled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not attempt to manipulate ad impressions, clicks, purchase validation, or unlock state.
5. License and acceptable use
JC Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for private use, subject to app-store terms. You may not resell, redistribute, extract or republish bundled assets, bypass locks, tamper with receipts or advertising, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, use the app unlawfully, or imply endorsement by JC Studio or a credited institution.
6. Sources, trademarks, and independence
Third-party source material remains subject to its credited license and attribution. CosmoNest and its original code, design, audio, and branding belong to JC Studio or its licensors. CosmoNest is independent and is not sponsored, certified, or endorsed by NASA, ESA, Hubble, USGS, Google, Apple, or other credited organizations. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Health and safety
Ambient audio and sleep timers are for entertainment and relaxation only. They do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee improvement of sleep or any health condition. Use a safe volume, stop if you feel discomfort, and do not use the app when attention is required for driving, operating equipment, or personal safety.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features for quality, rights, security, store, or technical reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve valid permanent purchases, but specific devices, operating systems, networks, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Offline or no-fill conditions may affect store prices, purchase verification, restoration, or ads.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, scientific completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device. JC Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes, law, and contact
We may revise these terms and show the updated date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections available in your country.
