A planet I purchased is still locked.
Confirm that the device is online and Google Play is signed into the same account that made the purchase. Open the planet's purchase sheet and choose Restore Purchases. If it remains locked, restart the app once, then email the store order ID, app version, device model, Android version, and a screenshot. Do not send a password or full card number.
Why does the displayed price differ from a fallback price?
The purchase sheet uses the localized price returned by Google Play or the applicable store. A built-in price is shown only when store information cannot be loaded and is not a binding offer. The store checkout screen always controls the final currency, tax, and amount.
Does one purchase unlock every planet?
No. Every paid planet is a separate permanent, non-consumable product. CosmoNest has no all-planets bundle, and future planets are not included unless a store description explicitly says so.
Can I get a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by the store that processed the purchase. Use the order history or support flow for that store. JC Studio can help identify the product or troubleshoot entitlement delivery but cannot view your full payment details.
Why does a world become sharper after it opens?
CosmoNest first uploads a fast preview texture, then prepares 4K or 8K detail when the device's graphics limit and memory allow it. Lower-memory devices may remain at a lower resolution to avoid crashes. A short progressive transition is expected; a blank surface or abrupt color change should be reported with a screenshot.
Are the worlds live or scientifically complete?
No. The app uses credited bundled observation maps and artistic or procedural layers. Dates, false color, artistic colorization, interpolation, and non-live movement are disclosed in each world's Data & Credits panel. CosmoNest is an independent experience, not an official NASA, ESA, Hubble, or USGS product.
When are ads shown?
The first Sun observation is ad-free. A free user may be eligible for an interstitial from the second Sun observation at the briefing-to-observation boundary, with a session frequency limit. No ad should interrupt travel, observation controls, or sleep audio, and an unavailable ad must not block the Sun.
Why does audio continue with the screen off?
Sleep-orbit audio supports background and lock-screen playback by design. Pause it in the app or from the system media controls. Use a safe listening volume. The ambience is original artistic audio, not a recording of space and not a medical sleep treatment.
