Privacy Policy

This policy explains how JC Studio handles information when you use the CosmoNest mobile app and this support website.

CosmoNest has no account system and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone. Purchase and advertising providers still process limited technical, transaction, and advertising data as described below.

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to the CosmoNest app and cosmonest.pages.dev. JC Studio is responsible for the app's data practices. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to whdcjf8172@gmail.com.

2. Information handled by the app

Information kept on your device

The app may store your language, audio and sleep-timer settings, observation/session state, ad-frequency counters, and a cached record of unlocked content. This information is used to operate the app and is not uploaded to a JC Studio account or profile. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes this local information, subject to device backups controlled by your operating system.

Purchases and unlocks

Planet purchases are processed by the store where you obtained the app, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store. RevenueCat helps the app validate purchases, deliver permanent unlocks, and restore them. These services may process an anonymous app user identifier, app and device technical information, product identifiers, purchase status, store receipt or purchase token, and last activity time. JC Studio does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Store account and payment processing are governed by the store provider's terms and privacy policy.

Advertising and consent

The free Sun experience may show interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, consent, device settings, and ad availability, Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform may process an IP address (which can indicate a general area), app launches and ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, advertising data, and advertising, app-set, or other device/account identifiers. The purposes are ad delivery, measurement, analytics, consent management, and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising is used only where permitted and, where required, after consent.

Where applicable, the app provides Google's privacy message and privacy-choice controls. You may also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in device settings. Refusing personalized ads does not remove ads; it may result in limited or non-personalized ads.

Website delivery

This website has no advertising, analytics tag, account, form, or cookie-based preference storage. It uses only a local language-selection script. Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

3. Why information is used

  • To run observation, audio, language, and session features on your device.
  • To display store-localized prices, process purchases, verify ownership, prevent fraud, and restore unlocks.
  • To request and record privacy choices and serve, limit, measure, and secure ads.
  • To diagnose failures and protect the app, purchases, ads, and website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and resolve purchase or privacy requests.

Depending on the country and context, processing is based on performing the service or purchase contract, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention.

4. Service providers and international processing

Information is disclosed only as needed to the following processors and platform providers. They may process data in countries outside yours, including the United States, under their own safeguards and terms.

JC Studio does not sell your name or contact details and does not share data with independent data brokers. Advertising-related processing by Google is described in Google's policies and controlled by applicable consent and device settings.

5. Retention, deletion, and your choices

  • Local app data: retained until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
  • Purchase records: retained by the store and RevenueCat as needed to provide permanent ownership, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting duties.
  • Advertising and website data: retained by Google or Cloudflare under their policies and selected settings.

Because CosmoNest has no account, there is no app account to delete. You can remove local data through system settings or uninstall the app, manage ad choices through the in-app privacy controls and device settings, and request access, correction, objection, restriction, or deletion where applicable by emailing the address above. To help locate an anonymous purchase record, we may ask for the app's anonymous user identifier or an order ID; never email a full card number or password. Some transaction records must be retained to preserve purchased access or comply with law.

6. Security

Network communications with the listed providers use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Access to service dashboards is limited to operational needs. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children

CosmoNest is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. JC Studio does not knowingly request children's contact information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us for review and deletion.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes will be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
